ESD Wrist Straps, also known as Antistatic Wrist Straps, are used to prevent electrostatic discharge (ESD) by safely grounding a person working with electronic equipments or at an electronic assembly facility. They are usually used in conjunction with an ESD mat on the workbench, or a special static-dissipating plastic laminate on the workbench surface.

Economic elastic Wrist Strap is composed of elastic wrist loop and grounding wire, the elastic wrist loop contact with
skin directly, sand form an anti-static channel together with hardware plate and coil core buckle connection, this channel

Coil core is made of circling wire, space minimum occupied, and has good retractility. Every ground coil core has safety 1MΩ resistance, it protects operators safety as well as current-sensing devices.

Usage Instruction:
1. Place the wristband of the anti-static wrist strap around your bare wrist.
2. Secure the wristband so that the metal plate on the inside of the band is firmly pressed against the underside of your arm. The metal plate should have as much contact with your skin as possible, so place it in the spot where you have the least amount of hair.
3. Connect the strap to the wristband. The strap and wristband usually connect via a simple snap mechanism.
4. Clip the alligator clip on the end of the strap onto an anti-static mat or any bare metal surface that is touching the ground.
