A The price is 3.79 USD per pair without shipping cost. If you want to get price including shipping cost, I need you tell me the total quantity. So that I can get a quotation from the shiping company
 Q: 7. How long for manufacturing once we place order?
A   Once you place order, it will take 25 days to finish the production. And it will take 10 days from Shanghai to AMAZON. But you need to give me the Style no. barcod code, receiver information. Then we can ship the goods to AMAZON. You must contact AMAZON clerly before we ship the goods to amazon
