Heat Transfer Vinyl/Film
Features:
l It is a specialty vinyl that can be used on certain fabrics/materials to create designs and promotional products.
l A roll or sheet form with an adhesive backing so it can be cut, weeded, and placed on a substrate for heat application.
l Heat Transfer Vinyl must be used on products that can take the heat and pressure necessary to transfer the vinyl onto the substrate. Fabrics such as cotton, cotton/poly blends, polyester and canvas
l Heat transfer vinyl is used on products like shirts, hats, tote bags, jerseys and headbands and so on.
l Types:PU,PVC, glitter, flocked, holographic, glow in the dark, reflective

Note:
l waterproof deep diving cotton can not be printed, waterproof wax can not be suitable
l wood products, ceramic products, glass products, plastic products can not be suitable
l more than 160-180 degrees high temperature of waterproof silk materials can not be suitable
Instruction
(1)Use cutting plotter divided into the shapes in need, tear away the film, cut depth between 10-30um,cutting pressure 160-170gf is the best.
(2)Tear away the protect film,then transfer the picture cutted onto fabrics through heat press machine.
(3)Transfer temperature 130-150 or 150-160 degrees.
(4)Peel the protect film after it turned cold.
