Reflective heat transfer vinyl is made of reflective material that add special pigment printing, which can be widely used in clothing, shoes, hats, bags, gloves etc. The pattern after printing is of high reflective, clearness, resistance. The operation is simple, put reflective pattern on the fabrics with irons or heat press machine. The pattern after printing is of reflective, clearness, and water-resistance. Application of reflective transfer film: clothing, cap, shoes, bag, suitcases…

Processing of heat transfer vinyl:
1. Cutting: Die-cut, Hand-cut, Slit, plotter-cut
2. Heat transfer: Work on a flat surface where garment heat and pressure can be applied. Do not heat transfer over seams and stitches. Heat-transfer temperature:110°c~120°c
3. Transfer time: 10s
4. Peeling methods: Cold Peel

Care instructions for the heat transfered product
Washing:
 - Washer: Standard household washing machine
 - Temperature: 60 degree C
 - Detergent: standard household detergent
 - Setting: colored clothing without pre-wash
 - Maximum washing time on highest temperature not to  exceed 12 minutes.
 - Maximum total washing time not to exceed 50 minutes.
 - Test fabric for dye migration.
Bleaching: Not recommended
Drying: Tumble dry low
Dry cleaning: Normal cycle
