A:After order confirm and got deposit ,we will update exactly TNA immd .

B:S/sample will submit before ETD:5days for your approval (color/handfeel/weight …)

C:After S/sample approved ,will update ETD date and send bulk docs according .

D:We will offer American 4 point inspection report and testing report before loading bulk if required.

E:Any news or change ,we will call you to find the best solution in advance .

III)After-sale Services                                

A:If you have any quality issue in our bulk after you got it ,pls inform us freely. We will double check and give you our solution in the same day.

If it is our problem,we will take 100% responsiability . (Replace or give discount)

2.What is the details you are interest in?                               

Q1:Sample sending policy?                        

A1:Free available sample can send to you immd as our required. But package will be freight collect ,pls note .

After we start business,this courier charges will return back. Our pre-paid package only send to our old customer .

Q2:Lap Dips and Strick Off Lead-time?            

A2:For dyed fabric: After got Color STD and light source, we can submit within3-4days.

For print fabric: After got CAD or Art-wrok and Color STD,we can submit within 7days.

Q3 :MOQ  for solid and print ?                             

A3:Solid fabric : 1000yds per color /2000yds per order

Print fabric : 1500yds per color /3000yds per order

 If Quantity less than our MOQ, we will manage it with upcharge .

Q1:What is  the warranty for our bulk fabrics ?  

A1:For the fabrics,we have 8years Warranty. 

If any damage happen ,we will replacement  according or give discount.

Q2: what is our QC system  ?                            

A2: We use Americn 4 point system to inspection greige and finish bulk .

Our QC will solve all the issue before bulk Ex-mill.
