Zhengdexiang Silage film

   Silage film uses linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) and metallocene as the main material, the technology is three co-extruded casting skill. The often used colors are black, white and green. The thickness is 15 μm to 50 μm, width is 250mm ~~ 1500mm. The main advanced characteristics of our silage films are as follows:

♦ The surface of the film with adhesive, good adhesion between the layers. The silage film is impermeable to water and oxygen so that can form the internal anaerobic environment after packaged.

♦ The silage film is resistant to sunlight (UV) damage, and can keep the pastures stable and fresh after exposed to the outdoors for two years.

♦ The silage film is opaque in which way can make sure of low light transmission and avoid heat accumulation.

♦ The silage films have sufficient strength, including: tensile strength, tear strength and puncture resistance, to ensure the silage process will not be damaged in process of packing also can maintain an internal anaerobic environment after packaged.

♦ The high load holding capacity (retention wrapped securely.)

♦ The silage film can keep soft and not be embrittlement and cracked in low temperature or cold environment.
