SubliNova Smart can be used with both direct printing on fabrics and traditional heat transfer process with transfer paper. It has superior printing quality in various printing environments as well as jetting stability in long term printing with various printers on the market.

GENERAL INFORMATION
InkTec has been providing high quality dye sublimation inks for many years based on our own dispersed technology.
InkTec dye sublimation inks provide high intensity colours because the particles are spread evenly.
To produce InkTec dye sublimation inks, we evaluate the key factors of ink - durability, colour and light fastness-by using hi-tech methods.

APPLICATIONS
1. Polyester and polyamide fabrics, spandex, lycra, nylon used in sports apparel and outdoor clothing
2. Plastic substrates like skis, snowboards, skateboards and surfboards
3. Mixed synthetic fabrics(used in sports apparel and outdoor clothing) with a minimum polyester content of 60%

Printing Process :

1. Select your photo/Logo and Edit by your Photoshop. 
2. Print it out onto sublimation paper by Epson inkjet printer or other brand by sublimation ink
3. Set temperature and time moderately on the heat press (i.e. 175 degrees and 125 seconds)
5. Tear off the image paper after getting the items out.
6. Beautiful gift appears in front of you.

Applications:
- Printing on polyester and polyammid (lycra, nylon) fabrics used in sportswear and outer wear in general
- Printing on mixed synthetic fabrics ( min. 60% of synthetic fibres) used in sportswear and outer wear in general
- Printing on plastic substrates used in the manufacturing of sport equipment such as skis, snowboards, skateboards, windsurfs etc.
- Printing on every substrates (wood, ceramics, glass) overprinted with polyester-based or polyammid-based coatings
