What is J-NEXT Suppy JXS 65 ?
J-NEXT SUBLY JXS 65 is the new generation water based ink for digital sublimation applications. It has been meticulously developed by J-Lab to offer high quality performances on any piezo digital printer but particularly on those equipped with DX6 and DX7 printing heads. This is possible thanks to the innovative CLUSTER TECHNOLOGY, the exclusive system studied by J-TECK to encapsulate the pigment molecules allowing for a smooth passage through the printing heads with no alteration. The innovative formulation of J-NEXT JXS 65 guarantees fast drying on paper,, excellent colour release and image definition, optimal ink fluidity and printability.
USE AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS • TRANSFER PRINTING:
- The printed paper must be transferred hot, through calender or press, at a temperature between 200-210°C during a varying time, between 60-30 seconds.
- It is recommended to keep the product away from light and heat sources at a temperature lower than 25°C
The characteristic of sublimation ink
1. Using high-quality imported raw materials, fine particles, the average size of 0.2um, fluency, not clogging the print head, suitable for continue printing;
2. The unique formula of environmental protection, not damage the print head;
3. Transfer-tested, rubbing wear color fastness 5, perspiration-resistant color fastness 5, 5 color fastness to water, direct contact with the skin, not harmful to humans;
4. Proof of professional treatment, colorful screen, and fine reducibility.
5. Strong water proof ability, long-term display ability can be printed on transfer paper.
6. The top grade sublimation inks can be used on mug/plate/garment/glass/metal/flag and so on.
7. The sublimation inkjet inks will keep the printer head clean, so there is no broken line in long term printing. All of this will improve the reliability, productivity, and efficiency of your printing machine.

Applications:
- Printing on polyester and polyammid (lycra, nylon) fabrics used in sportswear and outer wear in general.
- Printing on mixed synthetic fabrics ( min. 60% of synthetic fibres) used in sportswear and outer wear in general.
- Printing on plastic substrates used in the manufacturing of sport equipment such as skis, snowboards, skateboards, windsurfs etc.
- Printing on every substrates (wood, ceramics, glass) overprinted with polyester-based or polyammid-based coatings.
