sublimation coating for ceramic:for hard surfact objects, like mugs, tiles, metal board etc....
This coating can be used directly. Apply to the objects surface which can resist high temperature. Such as mug/cup, Ceramic tile, glass, iron board ect. After use this coating on the objects surface you can transfer the pictures you like onto the objects.
It is suitable for in the ceramics ,glass,metal ,wooden,stone,plastic and oth er hard materials to do the sublimation transfer printing coat:
1) Use alcohol to clean the objects surface.
2) Use brush to apply coating on mug uniformly
3) Or just soak into coating liquid. Spray is another choice to apply on it
4) Leave the mug in anti-dust cabinet till liquid stop running and fully dried
5) Pre-heat the oven into 220 centigrade, and then put the objects in and bake it for 20 minutes. Baking time can be adjusted according to real condition.
6) Now its done, you can go the image transfer procedure.
The products may spraying, coating, crushed James, Brush and other methods of construction. Lean Construction materials : benzene, esters, alcohols, ethers and other rare materials mixed solvents. Viscosity : construction technology requirements may be adjusted by adding an appropriate amount of rare material. If immersed in a beaker 2 coatings generally adding 1.1-1.4 xylene or toluene or 100 copies of 'rare and 0.72% respectively a gainst the use of solvent oil
Attention:
1). glass ,metal ,ceramic or other flat objects ,can be pressed under 220-225 centigrade (degree)with 30-40 secends.
2). pvc ,eva cards and other materials doesnot withstand high teperatures ,you can put a wet cloth underside before pressing ,to prevent deformation after pressing,you should place the objects on the slad with heavy and get until it cooling off.
3)Dry the coated goods in nature and don't touch them until they are dry,then put them into the over 200 centigrade constant temperature for about 10 minutes,then take then out and transfer the pictures on them.
