Features of Elephant New Model Roll Heat Press Machine:
1. Prevent workers hand into the cylinder (when they are working)
2. Having automatic device for deviation and correction of blanket and conveyor belt
3. Having the function to avoid the scissor damaging the blanket
4. The Blanket can be off the heat drum competely for 8cm distance. No need to cool down the
blanket when you want to stop the machine which saves energy, it can also prevent the blanket
burn out when power off suddenly.
5. Machine has explosion-proof equipment and emergency stop button,more safe.
6. Having the outer oil tank which is more easy to fill in the oil and more safe
7. With breathable conveyor belt which make fabric heat dissipating faster and prevent color
ghosting.
8. With updated air expanding equipment for sublimation paper, finished paper and tissue paper.

1.how wide is the Roll to roll Heat Transfer Machine?
1.2M width, 1.7M width machine; 1.9M width machine
2. how about the speed ?
150-200m/h or 250-300 m/h
3.Does the Press rolls the Fabric once it is printed or you have to roll it on a different Machine?
It can roll fabric after heat press, but we suggest you can roll it on other machine - roll yard machine to collect fabric as attachment, coz when finished printed , the fabric still has temperature about 90-150, if Roll the printed fabric, the pattern become shape by pulled, and color,fabric will affect , more important if stretch fabric, we still advice to keep the stretch fabric in 5/6hours after finished printing then roll it , or one night ,the color will more perfect.
4.Are you able to print on dark Fabrics? if so how dark and on what contents? can it print on stretch goods?
This press machine can press light color fabric,not dark fabric but can print on stretch fabric

5.How many yards or meters per hour?
150-200 meters per hours, depend on the fabric and the transfer speed.

9.Does it do stretch lycre and nylon and what colors?
Stretch polyester lycra fabric,Satin,curtain etc,but not suitable for nylon, need light color fabric, better of white color fabric!

by the way,coz the printer can print any color,and press machine can press any pattern color on white color,so do not need other color fabric to press!
