Dark eco solvent paper

1.Size:75cm x 30meter
2.Ink: Eco solvent ink
3.Printer: Eco solvent Priner
 

Processing:
Using Eco solvent ink with solvent printer to do the printing,then cut the shape automatically.
Remove the excess film around the shape you need transfering
Then use an application transfer film,life the shape
Placing it directly on the T-shirt and heat press it
Wait for a few minuits for transfer 
Cool peel the application film, transferring is finished

Instruction for using:

1.Printing: To select the eco-solvent inkjet printer, finished of the eco-solvent  transfer paper’s placement,

                      to set the suitable data for printing, finished of well-edited pattern on the eco-solvent thermal transfer

                      paper.

2. Cutting: Automatic / Manual running of pattern contour cutting.

3.Moving: To peel off the pattern, and the pattern hollow blank surround, then coated a dedicated transfer film

                   on the surface of pattern finished of cutting, finally the pattern finished of cut move to the transfer film.   

Transferring:

- The light color eco-solvent thermal transfer paper is just used for light color fabric materials’ pattern transferring.

- The dark color eco-solvent thermal transfer paper is used for dark or light color fabric materials’ pattern transferring.

      - Heat press machine preheats to the setting temperature of 120 °C.

      - Put the image on the media, the pattern faces up.

      - Press the machine down within 10~15 seconds, move the machine up and the fabric / media, peel off the 4.transfer

         film from the fabric / media after cooling.

5.Washing:

          - The fabric finished of image’s transferring, can’t be wash within 24 hours.

     - To use cold water or warm water round 40 °C if need to wash.

             Don’t use bleach or high-alkali washing powder to wash.

             Don’t forces rub when wash fabric, or may harm the image.

Don’t wring fabric dry. It’s best to dry in shade.

          - Don’t dry wash. 

It is ideal for 100% cotton and mixed fibers T-shirts, cotton placemats, wool garment, Mouse pads, swimming cloth, tote bags etc. The transfer peels off easily after it cools and can be applied with a regular heat press
