Dark roll eco solvent inkjet heat transfer paper for t-shirt cotton and fabric

Easy to use this eco solvent paper for t shirt, garment.
1.printed mirror image, cut the blank and peel it off.
2.Put the image towards to the cotton .
3. adjust heat press machine at 185 C , for 15 seconds.
4. Peel the back paper offer!
5.Dark transfer paper: 20 seconds and 185 degree
Light transfer paper: 30 seconds and 165 degree,

Eco-solvent inkjet Transfer Paper is recommended with off-set printing, screen printing, label printing, Mild solvent ink, Eco-solvent ink for for T-shirts, cotton placemats,wool garment, Mouse pads, swimming cloth, tote bags etc.
2. Application
This product is recommended with Eco-Solvent pigment ink, Solvent ink, Offset printing ink for T-shirts, aprons, gift bags, mouse pads, photographs on quilts etc.

4. Compatibility for solvent light inkjet Transfer Paper
It can be printed with Mild solvent ink, Eco-Sovent inks in most printers such as: Roland Eco-Solvent INK Print & Cut: SOLJET PRO II V SC-545EXW, SOLJET PRO II SC-540 EX , SOL INK Print & Cut: SOL JET PRO II SC-540, SOLJET SC-500 etc, Mimaki JV3-75SP/160SP/250SP, Mutoh RockHopper38/I/II/3 etc. also it can be printed with offset printing, screen printing etc.
5. Printer Recommendations
Printer Settings for optimal print quality: To optimize print quality, printers should be set for photo print quality.
Printer and Ink Compatibility: It is designed to work with most Eco-Solvent pigment ink, mild solvent ink, solvent pigment ink.
6. Processing:
Using Eco solvent ink with solvent printer to do the printing,then cut the shape automatically.
Remove the excess film around the shape you need transfering
Then use an application transfer film,life the shape
Placing it directly on the T-shirt and heat press it
Wait for a few minuits for transfer
Cool peel the application film, transferring is finished
Instruction for using:
1.Printing: To select the eco-solvent inkjet printer, finished of the eco-solvent transfer paper’s placement,
to set the suitable data for printing, finished of well-edited pattern on the eco-solvent
transfer paper.
2. Cutting: Automatic / Manual running of pattern contour cutting.
3.Moving: To peel off the pattern, and the pattern hollow blank surround, then coated a dedicated transfer film
on the surface of pattern finished of cutting, finally the pattern finished of cut move to the transfer film.
Transferring:
- The light color eco-solvent thermal transfer paper is just used for light color fabric materials’ pattern transferring.
- The dark color eco-solvent thermal transfer paper is used for dark or light color fabric materials’ pattern
Heat press transfer processing
- Heat press machine preheats to the setting temperature of 185 °C. for 15--25 second using high pressure.
- Briefly heat the fabric for 5 second to ensure that it is completely smooth.
- Before transferring, leave the printed image to dry for approx.5 minutes, cut out the motif without leaving a margin around the edges.
- Place transfer paper onto fabric with the printed image facing downwards.
- heat press machine at 185°C, for 15--25 second.
- Press the machine down within 10~15 seconds, move the machine up and the fabric / media, peel off the eco solvent transfer paper film from the fabric / media after cooling.
5. - Don’t dry wash.
- The fabric finished of image’s transferring, can’t be wash within 24 hours.
- To use cold water or warm water round 40 °C if need to wash.
Don’t use bleach or high-alkali washing powder to wash.
Don’t forces rub when wash fabric, or may harm the image.
Don’t wring fabric dry. It’s best to dry in shade.
It is ideal for 100% cotton and mixed fibers T-shirts, cotton placemats, wool garment, Mouse pads, swimming cloth, tote bags etc. The transfer peels off easily after it cools and can be applied with a regular heat press
