1. Working principle of welding
(a)The transducer will transfer high-frequency electrical energy which is produced
by Ultrasonic Generator into high-frequency mechanical vibration which will work
on plastic products by Booster.
(b)Tens of thousands of times for frication each second between one plastic
product and the other will be produced by high-frequency mechanical vibration.
(c)And then contact area between plastic products will be fused promptly.
2. Features:
(a) Large stainless steel plating worktable, neat and beautiful, which were bored
many holes that could be used when fix or put plastic products that will be welded.
(b) The limit height of this machine, using variable frequency motor control PLC,
safe and efficient.
(c) Concentric straight shaft design with smallest fadeaway degree which make
welding more precise.
(d) Up Speed and Down Speed are adjusted separately. So efficiency is improved.
(e) Transducer group with four screws to adjust the level of balance conveniently
and precisely. Time control with three-digit code switch.
(f) Both of the mainframes are flexible to be adjusted. A fixed position on the
desktop, is used chute design, which can be used to weld different parts of one
large product or several same small products once. In this way, production
efficiency will be improved soon.
