Ultrasonic mould also called ultrasonic horn, it is the transmitting terminal from ultrasonic welding machine , its usage is coupling the ultrasonic that transducer produced to the target, due to the horn need to conducts ultrasonic, so its inherent frequency of vibration must be matched to the transducer. Then, should have uniform amplitude and the outer surface of the horn be suitable for the shape of the welding production.
