Ultrasonic plastic welding generator system
Description:
When ultrasonic welding of plastic, does not need to add any binder, packing or solvent, does not consume large amounts of heat, with the features of easy operation, welding speed, high strength, beautiful appearance, high production efficiency, etc. So its application is becoming more common and widespread.
Working Principle:
The transducer will transfer the high frequency electric energy which was produced by the ultrasonic generator into high frequency mechanical vibration which will work on nonwoven products by the welding head.Tens of thousands of times for frication each second between one nonwoven and the other will be produced by high-frequency mechianical vibration.And then contact area between nonwoven products will be fused promptly.
Applied Range:
This system can be applied to anti-static bags , plastic zipper teeth, non-woven fabrics, plastic bags and MingPianBu inside pages, stationery, medical equipment, toys, electronics and other kinds of plastic industry.
