Question 1: Can I order custom hats with my own design & logo?
Answer: Definitely yes
Question 2: Can I order a sample first before mass production? How can I place a
sample order?
Answer: Surely you can order a sample first. And there will be some sample cost,
charged based on your design & artwork. We will make the sample hats for you
after payment received and take pictures for your reference once finished. If you
want to see the actual sample cap, we can send the sample to you while freight
cost is yours.
Question 3: How soon can I get a sample made? How can I make payment?
Answer: For simple design sample, it generally takes about 7 days to get samples
made. While it will take a longer time for complicated design, digital print fabric,
embossed logo, for example. Payment can be made through T/T or Western Union.
Question 4: How can I get my hats if I place the order to you?
Answer: That depends on the quantity your ordered. Normally,

As we make each hat in our factory, we knit them especially for you. This gives us total freedom over the size of the hat and we will endeavour to make your designs work well. However, please note that some large graphics may not be able to fit on tiny hats but we will do our best to adapt the pattern. Have a look at our size guide to gauge our standard widths. Got a bigger head? No problem, just let us know when ordering and we will knit to fit.
