Developed for printing onto light and/or low coated papers
Sublimation Ink for transfer printing designed for Sports,
Interior Decoration and Soft Signage.
It operates at high-speed print mode and onto uncoated paper
DIGITAL SUBLIMATION INK FOR TRANSFER PRINTING
- Ideal for transferring onto synthetic fabrics (polyester)
- Indicated for transferring onto blended fibres (min 80% PES)
DEVELOPED FOR PRINTING ONTO LIGHT and/or LOW COATED PAPERS
- Ideal for sportswear and interior decoration
COMPATIBLE WITH DX7 PRINTHEADS (and preceding)
- Compatible with the above-mentioned piezo printheads
2. Transfer Condition
Can vary from 30 to 60 seconds for 180°-210° C according to the type of substrate
3.What is the printing process of inktec sublimation ink?
Printing Process :
1. Select your photo/Logo and Edit by your Photoshop.
2. Print it out onto sublimation paper by Epson inkjet printer or other brand by sublimation ink
3. Set temperature and time moderately on the heat press (i.e. 175 degrees and 125 seconds)
5. Tear off the image paper after getting the items out.
6. Beautiful gift appears in front of you.
4.Applications:
- Printing on polyester and polyammid (lycra, nylon) fabrics used in sportswear and outer wear in general
- Printing on mixed synthetic fabrics ( min. 60% of synthetic fibres) used in sportswear and outer wear in general
- Printing on plastic substrates used in the manufacturing of sport equipment such as skis, snowboards, skateboards, windsurfs etc.
- Printing on every substrates (wood, ceramics, glass) overprinted with polyester-based or polyammid-based coatings
