First,the use of preparatory work before:
1. Mounting rails and heating tube chassis(schematically as a video installation),ensure smooth slide rails(Note:the need to install the arrival of the duplex vacuum transfer machine the attached fringe orbit(table),single-station vacuum transfer machine track installed and do not need to install).

Common problems and troubleshooting methods:
1.Vacuum pump abnormal sound or difficulty in starting
Remedy:
a.checking whether the vacuum pump oil in the oil level online
b.Check the power voltage is too low
C.Check the vacuum pump are trapped in the debris
2. In the case of any electronic valve did not open leak
Remedy:
a.check electronic valve is debris stuck inside can not be sealed
b.check the gas line fittings,cylinders under plug contacts vacuum gauge and vacuum gauge leaks
3. Vacuum suction is not enough.
Remedy:
a.the check contact vacuum table maximum pressure and minimum pressure adjustment(the general adjusted up to a maximum of -0.09 the lowest adjusted to -0.06)
b.check the work area e silicone tube interface slit(available high temperature glass gluing)
