PUR eco-friendly bonding for garment
PUR adhesive (reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive) bonding:
PUR hot melt adhesive under conditions of avoiding chemical reaction, is heated, then is melt into the fluid in order to the coating; after two or three material which is bonded with PUR hot melt adhesive is cooled down, glue line which is agglomerated takes effect of bonding. The effect of cohesive force,heat tolerance and low temperature resistance are increased greatly. Because of PUR adhesive bonding’s high reactivity, it shows excellent adhesion for much material.
Applications:
(1)Automotive: head lining and cushion, door-post;
(2) leather bonding and clothing industry: women bra, winter clothes, sports clothes, diving suit bonding;
(3) footwear industry: sports shoes upper bonding;
(4) medical and health care: protective clothing bonding . The bonded fabric of the TPU membrane,PTFE film and PU film in this way is waterproof and breathable, is dressed softly and comfortablely. It is waterproof, breathable, breathable, windproof, warm, bacteria, dry. PUR adhesive bonding is widely used in jacket, dust coat, winter clothes, ski clothing, police clothing in the areas of sports, military, police, aerospace, medical, fire and other various areas of sportswear and so on.
