The fabrics or various liner are suitable for sportswear, jacket, shoes material, glove, bra, handbag, hat, furniture, sofa, toy, curtain, baby-car, and sound insulation material, etc.
6) TPU waterproof membrane bonding
we process materials with environmental friendly adhesive during whole processing. Goods made are nontoxic, environmental friendly, soft and washable; TPU film is waterproof, windproof, permeable for moisture, soft, and washable. Therefore, it’s able to exhaust out sweat vapor during sporting and to adjust human body temperature to keep the body dry and comfortable. Bonding waterproof breathable film is used for sportswear, dust coat, raincoat, down coat, glove, hat, military wear, shoes material, etc. Besides, Glued waterproof breathable film can be used for waterproof shoes, sneaker, airbag, protective article of sports, PU foam, medical mattess, sleeping bag, etc.
7)Flame bonding(non-glue bonding)
sponge foam is conglutinating materials by itself . We process materials by burning sponge foam;two different type of material may be bonded together by burning sponge foam; it is suitable for polyester ,DTY Micro FiberPolyster. Products made are soft,waterproof and resistant dry-clean.
8)PUR adhesive (reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive)eco-friendly bonding
PUR hot melt adhesive under conditions of avoiding chemical reaction, is heated, then is melt into the fluid in order to coat; after two or three material which is bonded with PUR hot melt adhesive is cooled down, glue line which is agglomerated takes effect of bonding. The effect of cohesive force,heat tolerance and low temperature resistance are increased greatly. Because of PUR adhesive lamination’s high reactivity, it shows excellent adhesion for much material.
