Operation :
Set the appropriate pressure, the pressure location to 3.5
Pay attention to the position and size between fabric and printing paper, prevent pollution of belt or roller
If useing thin printing paper, please place the printing paper in the middle layer, thin printing paper will osmosis pattern
If using thick printing paper, it can be attached to the roller, fabric placed in the middle layer
Matching 1: Roller + Thick printing paper + Roll fabric or Rags + anti-pollution white paper
Matching 2: Roller + Roll fabric + Thin printing paper+ anti-pollution white paper
Matching 3: Roller + Thick printing paper + Rags + anti-pollution white paper
Matching 4: Roller + Anti-pollution white paper + Thin printing paper + Rags
Adjust the layer of fabric and printing paper according to actual situation , avoid pollution

The power is 14KW. the heating time is about 90mins .Please heat the machine ahead .

The temperature reaches the setting temperature after 10 minutes for best printing effect
When rotation speed is 50HZ, the transfer time is 13 seconds. Please adjust speed and temperature according to actual situation. Then batch production is available.
