Q1: What's your minimum order quantity?
Re: Our MOQ is 300pcs per design with different colors and mixed sizes.
Q2: Do you provide samples?
Re: We are able to offer free samples for your testing before you place an bulk order.
So you could know our quality and workmanship.
Q3: Can we mix design to hit the MOQ?
Re: Our MCQ 1000pcs at least.
Q4: What is the material that you are using for your leggings, sports bra and sports top?
Re: We can offer several materials to creat free movements for the wearer with high stretch ability, good hand feel, fast absorption as well as quick dry such as cotton/spandex, polyester/spandex, nylon/spandex....
Q5: Can we print our logo on the product?
Re: Sure, we can print your own logo and label on your clothing lines, since we have been customizing and relabeling in the yoga and sports clothing lines for more than 5 years. Pls send your logo design to us for sampling.
Q6: Do you provide size chart?
Re: Yes, we will provide you size chart for each item you ordered, since we have our own professional pattern designer here.
Q7: What's the lead time for the samples and how do you charge?
Re: Normally it will take 3-5 days for sampling. Our sample cost is 50USD/pc.
As you know this is symbolic and we will return whenever you place bulk order or deduct it from bulk amount.
Q8: What is the lead time required for order to reach us and also the manufacturing of the product?
Re: Our production lead time is around 6-8 weeks
Q9: What is the shipment and how do you charge?
Re: Charges depends on your good's weight, volume and the destination you are going to arrive. We can use all the couriers such as DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT...
Q10: What are your payment terms?
Re: Our payment terms: T/T, L/C
