Q1: What's your minimum order quantity?
Re: Our MOQ is 1000pcs per design with different colors and mixed sizes.
Q2: Do you provide samples?
Re: We are able to offer free samples for your testing before you place an bulk order.
So you could know our quality and workmanship.
Q3: Can we mix design to hit the MOQ?
Re: Yes, you can combine several styles to meet MCQ/MOQ of fabric. We are willing to start with small quantity for test order.
Q4: What is your key products or your strengths?
Re: We are able to offer almost kinds of knitted fabric with various fabrication from basic such as regular cotton, polyester, TC, CVC, coolmax, coolmaxwool, merinowool, nylon and ecofriendly qualities as tencel, bamboo, modal, organic cotton, supimacotton, recycled polyester, recycled nylon....Also, knitted garments includes activewear, workwear, hospitalwear, kids wear, underwear, casual & fashion wear...
Q5: Do you own printing and embroidery factory?
Re: No, we dont have but we work with audited subcontractors. You just need to send us the layout or your idea we can develop accordingly. Our certified printing factories can make all kinds of printing such as sublimation, screen, foil, rubber, glitter, patch, plastysol, oil, water base, heattransfer, PU.....
Q6: Have you got design or technical team?
Re: Yes, we have very strong & profession technical and development teams who can work with you or the designer customers from very begining of the products as pitures or just idea to the delivery. They can work independently to suggest the construction, proper materials, accessories as well as product performance and appearance...
Q7: What's the lead time for the samples and how do you charge?
Re: Normally it will take 3-5 days for sampling. It would be free to you if price agreed or we charge first and will refund 100% to bulk order once fixed.
Q8: What is the lead time of a normal order?
Re: Normally, that is 6-8 weeks. We are able to offer NOS (order never out of stock - greige fabric/finished garment) that can help to improve the leadtime.
Q9: What about the shipment and how do you charge?
Re: It can be by sea or air or courier. The charge depends on agreed delivery terms, weight or CBM as well as the destination you want.
Q10: What are your payment terms?
