152/2 Digital Viscosimeter
Digital Viscometer is an intellectualized liquid viscosity measuring instruments. Under computer program control, it can finish auto-complete liquid viscosity measurements, the results from the display output.
This Viscometer adopts MCS-51 series instrument with computer contr olled stepper motor speed and the whole measurement process, which is not only making instrument's speed to be adjusted continuously, but also improve its accuracy. So this instrument has the structure compact, stable, high accuracy and anti-jamming performance and good features.
It can be used to measure the liquid viscous force and the absolute viscosity. Widely used in grease, paint, food, drugs, adhesives, cosmetics and other industries and research institutes.
1. High-division drive stepper motor rotation speed and accurate, stable AC voltage and frequency change does not affect the accuracy of measurement of viscosity
2. Direct drive stepper motor, no noise, variable speed convenient, clear speed display, high reliability, no chattering
3. LCD with blue backlight LCD direct display viscosity, speed, percentage of total torque, the rotor speeds can be measured in the current maximum viscosity. Viscosity values show a continuous change. Beyond the scope of alarm prompted measurement
4. Computer full range of linear calibration, measurement accuracy of ± 1.0% of full scale
5. Switching power adapter, wide power input, and good anti-jamming
6. Optional RTD temperature probe, real-time monitoring sample temperature
7. Optional RS232 interface for real-time via a mini-printer to print the sample survey data and saves

8. Optional Accessories: ultra-low viscosity adapter (No. 0 rotor), micro-printer, constant temperature water tank, RTD temperature sensor, remote control, standard oil.
