German ARCOTEC dyne test pen is also called surface tension test pen / surface wet force test pen, or dyne test pen. Using this dyne test pen, you can easily get the surface tension on different material, such as plastic product printing, paper, leather, glass and metal spare part,

Dyne test pen usage:
It can accuracy test and know the surface tension on plastic film, whether it can reach the test pen’s dyne value. It can let our user know whether this film suitable for printing, recombination or vacuum aluminized, to control the quality and reduce the loss caused by unqualified material. It is not only suitable for plastic film, but also all kinds of material’s surface tension.
Suitable range:
Gravure printing, offset printing, UV printing, screen printing, dye printing, inkjet printing, dry compound, blown film,T squeeze film, stretch film, coating, plating aluminum
Suitable material:
Plastic film: PS, PE, PP, PET, PI, PC, NY, CPP, OPP, PVC
Conductive material: Steaming foil, aluminum foil, copper foil, carbon deposition
Other: Glass, ceramic, plastic sheet, plastic tubing
Notes:
Tightly the pen cover after finishing using.
Save in the cool place, avoid direct sunlight.
Test methods:
As a starting point for each check a test ink or test pen with a medium value should be applied, e.g. 38mN/m.
If the line of ink stays unchanged for at least 2 seconds on the material’s surface without turning into drops, the surface energy of the material is the same or higher than the surface tension of the fluid.
If already at the starting point (38mN/m)drops are formed from the line of fluid, the check is continued accordingly with test inks/ test pens of lower values.
