Multi-union fixed LED Stroboscope For Printing, Packing Machine

Function:
Stroboscope is a light source which is flashing with a certain frequency. In stroboscopic instrument observation high speed rotation or movement of objects, by modulating stroboscope flashing frequency, and the measured object rotating or moving close to the speed of the object to be measured and synchronization, while at high speed, but it is the slow motion or relative rest. The persistence of vision, people can easily observe high-speed operation object status.
Use:
Widely used in packaging and printing industry, can be detected by high speed printing process color, ink color matching, die cutting, punching, folding conditions; suitable for the textile industry, can detect the spindle rotation and loom weft cloth machine yarn; suitable for mechanical manufacturing industry, observe various rotor, gear machinery manufacturing movement; suitable in chemical, optical, shipbuilding and other industries.

3. Working Frequency: Inner Trigger frequency: 2~60Hz; Outer trigger frequency: <100Hz
You are required to choose the inner trigger frequency method to work when its outer trigger frequency >100Hz. so that it can meet the observation demand.
4. Ambient light: <10000 Lux
Operation Statement:
Power on, select the way to trigger: when in inner trigger method, “frequency adjustment” knob can increase or decrease frequency; when in external trigger method, connect the photoelectric detector and stroboscope, alignment design colour, When the frequency is twice as large as the actual frequency is displayed, move or fine-tune detector sensitivity.
“High and low frequency” change-over switch: Effective when it is on inner trigger mode.
“Brilliance control”: Effective when it is on inner or outer trigger mode; when outer trigger frequency higher then 60Hz, be sure to use the corresponding lower brightness.
“Branch switch” buttons are two branch switches; control two sets of LED light source on the instrument respectively, so that to adjust the width of observation.
“Human Body Induction” detector: when people close to the stroboscope, the detector sensor, and stroboscope start to work; after people left 1 minute later, it will stop working.
Attention:
1. Power supply plug slot inserted upwardly, plug sleeve do not screw tight, avoid the internal connection loosening caused by short circuit.
2. When the strobe drain flash may be lamp aging, please timely replacement lamp.
3. The lamp after the power supply is cut off, and may be charged, non professionals are not allowed to open.
4. Handle with care; do not fall into the water or solvent, not in hot and humid or high environmental pollution.
