During the gravure printing production ,the Ink tank inside solvent volatilization, Ink uniformity reduce, ink surface easy to form the ink skin and ink block,stain on the roller, it very hard for doctor blade to remove.it make the printing product filling in,knife line and other defect. how to Solve this problem ? Let the ink "flow",this kinds of problem can be avoided.
This product Made of aluminum alloy, have good stir ink performance .The ink stick Stir the ink floating on the surface when printing.When the roller rotate, it roll in opposite directions by adsorption effect.When the ink roller rotate.drive the ink surface,Let surface printing ink movement. Both ends cover with rubber ring isolation is made from PTFE , anti-corrosion ,do not damage the printing Plate, better protect plate cylinder and prolong service life of plate cylinder
