Two-way Eight Lines Plastic Magnetic Ink Stick
This ink stick haves good stirring performance, floating on the surface of ink. When roller rolling, the ink stick rotates opposite direction by the adsorption of rotation. The surface ink will turn around bringing along with the ripple. So it makes ink mixed equably to avoid the quality problem.
It is made of aluminum alloy by extrusion rotation with whole bidirectional body eight corrugations. The material of outer surface is special plastic insulating , having canker-resistant , abrasion-resistant , quality assurance, beautiful appearance, easy to clean, easily eliminating air bubbles, increasing ink flowing circulation, isolated impurities in ink tank completely prevented ink dried, to improve printing quality.
1. Two-way eight lines increase the rotation speed, without deviation;
2. ¢ 42mm, With small proportion, it floats high in the ink to enhance the surface ink circulation;
3. The surface of plastic insulating can protect roller , extend the using life .
Function: for uniform ink printing process, isolation bubble, to prevent the crust.
