UV Solidifying Machine For Ink,Coating
1. Purpose
This machine is mainly used in curing and dried instantly, suitable for UV photosensitive coatings, inks, adhesion agent, injection-type or multiple materials of printing surface.
1.Printing: widely used in screen printing, offset printing, letterpress printing, self-adhesive trademark, metal nameplate, PC, PVC, ABS, PS, acrylic, Tetoron, glass, ceramics, electronic components, single-sided circuit board, etc...
2.Painting: the shiny wood surface coating, paper coating, plastic floor tiles, PU leather into polishing, fiber optic lines and other surface coating.
3.Adhesion agent: the circuit board CHIP components adhesion, a variety of electronic parts and glass adhesion, LCD adhesion, terminal sealant adhesion.
4.CASTING: the decorative color plate ware, decorative wear products (buttons, brooches, hair clips, belt buckles, etc.).
2. Features:
1. Instant dry, high production efficiency.
2. After drying make printing surface achieves high hardness, high gloss, abrasion resistance, solvent effect.
3. Using high quality and efficient lamp, in the lamp room, it forces to heat rejection, extend lamp service life, to protect the dried goods will not be temperature distortion.
4. Case body surface all spray, nice and corrosion-resistant.
