Ceramic anilox roller,can clean online or offline. Can clean any type of inks(water, UV, solvent for flexo and gravure) and any coating products(UV and acrylic varnishes for offset). It is also can biodegradable.

Instruction of use:

Please tightly capped the bottle caps after using.

1. Offline Cleaning (Recommend)

Clean the surface of anilox, prepare a barrel of water. Wear the gloves and glasses. Put the COBRA detergent on the surface, Homogeneous tile at anilox roll surface, clean time from 20min. To 2 hours(steel brush recommended). Then use sponge which was dip in the water, to clean the spare COBRA on the surface. Then use water wash out the anilox with high pressure. Finally, use the neutralizing powder to neutralize waste water in the bottle and pour into drainage system.

2. Online cleaning

Take away or protect the scraping roller, protect well of the spare parts under the anilox, then clean the anilox according to the steps of “offline cleaning”.
