1.Do you have a catalogue?

Yes, if you need it,please contact us.                                          

We also accept customers' design.If you could send me picture or samples,we will be appreciate.

2.Do you have a color card?

Yes, we have real color card,but if you need a real color card,you will be charged 20usd,it is refundable once you place an order to us.

3.What about samples?

Small quantity samples can be free,you just need afford the shipping cost to your door.                            

 It will cost us 3 days to make a samples with materials in stock.            

But if doing customer's colors,will cost us 7 days,and customers will be charged 40usd/color as dyeing fee.Also it is refundable depending on the quantity of your confirmed order.

4.What is the mass delivery time?

General 7-30 days after the payment or depoist,depending on the quantity of order.But if you need your items in a rush,please contact us in advance.

5.How do I palce an order?

It is easy to place an order.Send us an inquiry about the list of the ribbons and bows you want to order.We will process an Proforma Invoice for you.
