Working principle

• There are three screen decks of this machine. At first,the the front screen will sort out the dust and similar impurities. Then the main fan will suck it out at last part. First screen deck is for the big impurities, second decks for cleaning grain, third decks is for broken grain and sand etc.

• And another one is cleaning sieving machine with throwing device. After the grains finished cleaning, it will be casted out by Grain throwing device to realise sort out the stone and mildew grains. This machine also solves the question of feeding grains after screened. The grain granule can be thrown straight line shape, throwing distance can reach 6-8 meters, the machine without food conveyor belt can be directly run into the house of the rolls, it is also called "grain winnower".
