1.Description
1.Q11 series is a kind of double adhesive products of heat transfer materials ,PET release is its base,and coat with hot melt adhesive stick in thin film.including TPU,PES,PO,PA and other hot melt adhesive film.after heat it has strong adhesion,apply to slippers,furnitures,garments,car and so on,and use to paper,textiles ,metal etc.
2.Main Property
(1)Use imported materials,it is environmentally friendly,good weather resistance,good adhesion,good elasticity,good fastness after washing.
(2)make it with precision machine ,strong adhesion, it is convenient,and easy to make,suitable for produce in massive.
(3)Large use area, it is use to bonding shoes,garments,electricity,package,car and so on.

(3)melt point:70-140degrees
(4)thickness 0.03mm-0.3mm
(5)adhesive fastness:60-150N/25mm

(7)Regular,thickness,0.05mm,0.08mm,0.10mm,0.12mm,0.15mm,0.18mm,0.20mm.other kinds of thickness can be customized
(8)regular size:48cm,50cm,100cm,138cm,other kinds of thickness can be customized .
(9)regular length:100yard/200yard/50m/100/200m/roll
(10)Through SGS(seven) environmental certification, formaldehyde.,total leads content,the phthalates,The eight heavy metal,azo,organotin,PAH and OEKO-TEX100 certification.
/expiry date/package:
(1)These products are non-dangerous store method like other products.Place in cool/dry place,ban crashing with sharp things.
(2)Standard package:there is a wet-resistance bags in each roll,1-2roo/paper case,or non case
(3)The expiry date is within 12 months(non-opened,and store well).
5.Attention:
(1)try the simple then produce in massive.
(2)Seal the rest stickers,you should dry the products,don't let them in rainy day.humidity is between 0-35℃
(4)base material is regular material, but it be customized.
(5)suggest to chose 0.11mm thickness adhesive film,with cotton,graphic heat press machine,test in the best requirements(because the date will be change in different materials with different process)
(6)Use requirements should be adjusted to the materials,thickness,requirement of customers' providing.
(7)if there are non-sticky result,please let us know,we can solve this problem with our experience.
