1.Description
1.Q11 TPU Hotmelt adhesive film is a kind of double adhesive seamless products of heat transfer materials release paper,and coating with hot melt adhesive stick on the release paper.including TPU,PES,PO,PA and other hot melt adhesive film.after heat it has strong adhesion,apply to slippers,furnitures,garments,car and so on,and use to paper,textiles ,metal etc.

A.Feature
Free sew film has advantages of lower melting point, good spring back performance and very soft hand touching feeling etc.and is suitable for nylon fabric Lycra fabric and the compound processing on different elastic fabric, laundry-resistant, easy to usage, do not influence the characteristic of the elastic fabric after compounding the fabric.

4 Application Equipment
The product will be processed by high-frequency machine,laser cutting machine,heat roller machine,flat-bed heat press machine,iron etc
/expiry date/package:
(1)These products are non-dangerous store method like other products.Place in cool/dry place,ban crashing with sharp things.
(2)Standard package:there is a wet-resistance bags in each roll,1-2roll/kraft carton
(3)The expiry date is within 12 months(non-opened,and store well).
6.Attention:
(1) 2rolls/ctn or pallet packing;to avoid UV, please put on wooden pallets and kept in cool and dry places.
(2) Pls keep product in between 0-35℃
(3)suggest to chose 0.11mm thickness adhesive film,with cotton,graphic heat press machine,test in the best requirements(because the date will be change in different materials with different process)
