Our bamboo skewer:

We produce many kinds of bamboo skewer such as: round skewer, knotted skewer, paddle pick, etc…

Bamboo raw materials:

Raw materials are selected from the hardest parts of 2-3 years old bamboo plants to ensure skewers are very hard, straigh, lowest humidity and not easy to be broken.

Processing material:

Bamboo plants are cut into suitable length parts for further processing. Before producing, the individual bamboo parts are graded to determine its suitability of manufactured products.

Machinery:

Our machinery enables us to manufacture products which are of high specification, accuracy and smooth.

When the production is completed, we use the sun and drying room to dry products.

Packing:our products are selected carefully before packed in nylon bags and cartons.
