NMN DUPONT NOMEX INSULATION PAPER 6640 & 6640 NMN INSULATION PAPER
6640 NMN Dupont nomex insulation paper is a three-ply flexible laminated consisting of PET film coated on both sides with Dupont nomex paper. NMN is also called as NPN,shows high thermal resistance, excellent mechanical properties and electrical properties.its designed for automatic insertion machine.
Features and Applications:
- Class F insulation (155°C)
- Excellent Heat Resistance, dielectric property and Mechanical Strength.
- Good cutting and overload resistance, high stiffness. Good compatibility with insulation varnish.
- Mainly used as a slot liner, slot closure, phase-to-phase and turn-to -turn insulation in low or medium voltage electrical motors of Class F (155°C)or Class H (180°C )insulation system.in addition,its also used as interlayer insulation in transformers and other electrical machines and appliances
Insulation nomex NMN paper's ilability:
-Thickness: NMN: 0.15mm-0.35mm, NM: 0.10mm-0.30mm
- Form: rolls(width 914mm), sheets, strips(width >5mm)

Storage: store in a dry and clean room, and keep away form fire or heat,or in the sun.the storage period is one year;qualified products exceeding the storage period can still be used.
