1.About Ningqiang Queshe----HANZHONGXIANHAO
Queshe is growth at elevation of 1000-200 meters of Organic tea garden in ningqiang ,Shaanxi, china.
It is characterized by flat appearance, tender straight and green, shaped like sparrow tongue, fragrance, taste mellow, meanwhile, Queshe is organic green tea because of it is not polluted or effected by industry, bug bit, and climate. Beyond that, Queshe picking standard always is a leaf bud or alone bud, and that is completely manual picking ,manual frying,before Tomb-Sweeping Day . It’s a bake half fried type tea.According to the Ministry of agriculture quality inspection center research,queshe contains 3.34% amino acids, tea polyphenols 24.7%, 44.11% water extract, caffeine 4.07%.To sum up, this tea for health summit.
2. Making process
Queshe production includes fixation, rolling and shaping, braking, screening
(1)Fixation
Each pot leaf weight300g, temperature 150 °C- 180°C. Frying tea methods are classified into scratch, cover, shake, tea frying speed is required fast to slow. It is the time to getting out of the pot drying, when the leaf is turning black green and soft
(2) Rolling and shaping
When the pot’s temperature at 60°C-80°C, gently press and shake leafs constantly, that is out of pot for cooling untilthe bud to erect, slightly flat, Prick the hand
(3) Braking,
Putting the tea on the fence and using charcoal for braking, temperature 60°C. Every 3 minutes to turn it
(4) Screening
Removing yellow leaves, tea tree fruit,debris, sieve to powder, packaged and storage for sale.
