Coil Nails boxes loose loaded in 20GP container
We can loose loaded the boxes of nails into 20GP container. Usually it can load around 1000 to 1500 boxes to a 20GP container varies from different sizes. From this loading way, it will make the maximum use of the container space.
Packed on pallets loaded in 20GP container
40 boxes packed on a pallet, 24 pallets/20GP container.
We use plywood pallet or fumigated wooden pallet to pack the coil nails. And use thick steel wire to prevent the pallets shift in container. From this way, it will be easy to load and unload the pallets by using forklift.

Q1. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the small samples , but the customers have to pay the courier cost.We will deduct the same amount in the future order.
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP.

A:Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 2-3 weeks for order quantity more than one container
Q4. Do you have any MOQ limit for 15 degree wire coil nails?
A: In general, our MOQ for 100 boxes for each size. If you have a special request, pls don't hesitate to let us known.
Q5. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: Our samples are sent by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-7 days to arrive. Our mass cargoes are shipped by Ocean. It depends on the destination port.
Q6. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before loading. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
