High-viscous incense binder powder
We have increased investment in the R&D in the incense industry and produced high-performance environmentally friendly highviscous, nontoxic incense bonder powder. This product is made with unique manufacturing process and falls into particle and fine powder two types.
Application Scope: Applied to the production of incense strips, incense coils, incense sticks, mosquito-repellent incense, fragrant incense, Buddhist incense and bamboo stick incense, etc. and can effectively replace ordinary starch, elm bark powder, Bakelite powder, methylcellulose (CMC) and other related adhesive materials. In term of producing fragrant incense and Buddhist incense: adding this product when producing machine made incense and cone incense can greatly reduce the usage of elm bark powder and Bakelite powder;
Using Effect: Incense made of this product features smooth appearance, no fracture, no mildew, strong flexural strength, good fineness, fastness after drying by baking, enough ignition time, good flammability, no breaking or flameout when passing the iron fluted discs, facilitating the improvement of volatilization of effective components of mosquito-repellent incense and reduction of loss of finished products during drying. At the same time, labor intensity can be reduced greatly and the work efficiency improved. In addition, the product has no pollution to the environment and can meet requirements to products in terms of environmental protection.
