III.Application:
1) Dewatering of activated sludge /Waste water treatment:
especially the sewage with high density, bit suspending granules, such as, the sewage of steel factory,
electroplating factory, it has advantages of low cost and no pollution, also can be used in paper-making etc.
Used for municipal sewage sludge, municipal solid waste and industrial effluent;
2).Drilling Mud chemicals/ bore piling :
super-macromolecule adopted in the third oil extraction (EOR) of the oilfield.
3).Paper-making industry:
can be used as fining agent, residency agent, filtration aid and paper dry and wet intensity reinforcing agent in paper-making industry.
4)mining industry :
can be used for waste water, coal washing waste water clarifier.
5)Used in Textile, Carpet Industry, Sizing, Quick-setting Cement, Synthetic Resin Coating. PhotosensitivePolymers, Adhesives, Dispersing Agent, as well as Agricultural Soil Gel, Slurry Stabilizers, SoilAmendments.
The products are water-soluble polymers and are offered in a wide range of molecular weights from a few million to twenty
million with a lot of absorptive functional groups in their molecules. Therefore, these products promote separation and
dewatering of wastewater by flocculating fine suspended solids floating in wastewater and forming big floc particles.
Polyacrylamide Dissolution
Dissolved water: It is recommended to use PH neutral, low hardness, dissolved in water, the use of groundwater and dissolved inorganic or excessive metal ions dissolved in water easily degraded performance.
Dissolving time: 1 hour dry classification product was dissolved after use can play the best performance (recommended nonionic and cationic dry product was dissolved more than one hour).
Dissolved concentration: anionic, non-ionic product was dissolved concentration of 0.1% (0.05% -0.3% feasible).
Flocculant dissolution conditions of use on aluminum chloride process more special, to be on-site technical guidance.
Operation should be dissolved in the plastic, ceramic, stainless steel and other materials of equipment carried, stirring speed should not be too large. Avoid using high shear rotor centrifugal pump, we recommend using a low shear pump screw pump drug delivery.
