I. Introduction
This product is a non- air-entraining type efficient concrete water reducer with β-naphthalene sulfonate-formaldehyde polycondensate as a main component, features no delayed coagulation and good compactibility, can reduce water cement ratio and greatly improve the early and long-term strength of concrete and can be used to prepare high-flow, high-strength, high anti-permeable and high-performance concrete and premixed concrete. This product is in line with the standards of GB8076-2008 and GB18588-2001.
Ⅱ. Product performance
1. The product has a significantly water dispersion reducing effect with the water-reducing rate reaching 18-28% and can improve the liquidity of the cement neat paste and concrete mixture in the case of low water-cement ratio.
2. In the case of maintaining the same water-cement ratio, it can greatly improve the workability of concrete, improve the liquidity as well as bleeding separation, improve the bond stress of reinforced concrete and make the concrete surface smooth.
3. Under the same condition of maintaining the original strength, when the powder and cement content ratio is 0.5 to 1.2%, it can save cement by about 15% to 25%.
4. The product has a significant early strength and enhancement effect. When the powder and cement content ratio is 0.5 to 1.2%, concrete strength improves by 50% to 120% in one day; 40% to 10% in three days, 30% to 80% in seven days, 25% to 75% in 28 days and increases continuously later under the condition of same cement dosage and slump.
5. The product features no delayed coagulation, no gas bleeding as well as wide adaptability to cement, can improve the concrete’s physical and mechanical properties, reduce cement hydration, improve concrete anti-penetrability performance obviously and has no effect to concrete shrinkage.
6. This product can be used to prepare high-strength concrete with a slump of 5 cm to 7 cm and C60 high strength concrete with a slump of 18 cm to 20 cm.
7. Can also prepare highly durable concrete and anti-permeable concrete, can be compounded with micro-foam agents, can prepare highly freeze thawing-resistant concrete (concrete anti-freeze thawing for over 300 times) and can also prepare highly carbonization-resistant concrete, etc.
Packing in woven bag lined with two-layer polyethylene plastic or kraft bag glued with plastic. Net weight is 25kg each bag.
Solutions are no more corrosive than water and recommended materials of construction include stainless steel, fiber glass, plastic, and glass or expoxy-lined vessels. Do not use iron, copper or aluminum. Spilled polymer is very slippery and should be collected prior to flushing with water. The shelf life of these products is 24 months when stored in unopened package in a dry atmosphere at temperature no higher than 40°C.
