Mould Service Process
Sample or Drawing | We need your detail requirements |
Negotiation | Material, Cavity, Runner, Price, Delivery Time , Payment Term etc. |
Place Order | When all items agreed between us, kindly send us PO and 30% deposit |
Mould Design | Communicate or exchange opinions during mould designing |
Tooling Mould | After you approve the design, we will begin to make the mould. |
Mould Process | Provide you photos to show the tooling. |
Mould trial running | Mold trial running on schedule and submit samples with Steel & Sample Inspection Report and Molding Report. |
Mold Correction | After Mold trial ,We check the samples and provide <Mold Correction Report>, then modify mold according this report |
Sample Confirm | Inspect the mould according to specifications and send sample, and you make a confirmation. Then we start the mass production. |
Deliver Mould | Deliver moulds or products on time |
In-time response on emails, telephone calls or fax
