1.Colletcing bamboo
Workers collect bamboo canes from mountain and cut most of branch and leaves.Deliverying them one by one through hands into trucks on the bottom of mountain.
2.Soaking and boiled bamboo
Soaking bamboo poles with antiseptic firstly.Then boiling bamboo canes in hot water around 6 hours .It will make bamboo free of mould and decay.
3.Cleaning and dry bamboo
drying bamboo by sun.If weather is not good(raining days), we drying
bamboo by kylin (by fire)
4.Cutting bamboo
Cutting bamboo canes as clients's request.We can cut shorter ,make sharp points at different angles etc.
5.Straightening bamboo
If you need very straight bamboo canes,please tell us in advance.My workers can treat bamboo in hot air .
6.Packing & Loading Bamboo
This is just some sizes of our bamboo poles,not complete .If you need more details ,please feel free to contact us .
Bamboo poles often pack in woven bags.Custom packages are available if necessary.
