NYLON RESIN(POLYAMIDE RESIN)

Nylon resin (polyamide resin) is thermoplastic engineering resin whose (molecular) main chain has amid bond (-CONH-). We have a complete lineup of monofilaments made of copolymer nylon, such as nylon 6, nylon 66, nylon 610 and nylon 612, and can offer the optimum grade according to customer needs.

Our Nylon filament products are divided into six kinds according to the raw materials: Nylon 6, Nylon 66, Nylon 610, Nylon 612 ( Producing by the Chinese raw materials) , Nylon 612 ( Producing with US DuPont Zytel raw materials) and nylon 46 filament. The “DAMI”brand nylon filament is one of the superfine filament of our company.It has excellence mechanical performance, resisting assault, hard surface, wear-resisting.Low temperature performance and chemical stability is good.

Nylon 612 filament is a kind of relatively advanced products in nylon series. Generally it's used for processing high-class brush. PA612 (Polyamide 612 or nylon 612) resin are melt-extruded into filaments, cooled in water, stretched, and annealed in hot-air chambers. These filaments have good dimensional stability, good bend recovery, and brilliant colors.

Diameters are available from 6 mil(0.152mm) to 9 mil(0.228mm) as shown on the left.

Length

The length ranges of the filament are available from 16mm to 34mm as shown on the left.

Colors

Over 30 colors are offered in addition to Natural white. They will be customized by your color preference as well. Please see sample color code for current selection.

Hanks

Each hank (bundle, diameter of 47-52mm and length of 30mm) is wrapped in specified paper.

Standard Packages

Standard Packages for hanks are corrugated cartons of about 25kg(One carton is composed of approximately 625 hanks) net weight per item of one diameter, length, color, and crimp.

Net weight is calculated without wrapping paper. The filament materials will be packaged suitable and ready for your manufacturing automation.These options may vary according to customer’s preference.

Minimum Order

Minimum order quantities for standard products are 300kg for size 6mil to 9mil. These options may vary according to customer’s preference.
