PA NYLON TAPERED FILAMENT FOR TOOTH BRUSH MANUFACTURING

Tapered bristles are made of NYLON (POLYAMIDE) filaments chemically treated to produce the unique tapered ends.PA NYLON tapered filament is divided into single tapered Nylon filament and double tapered Nylon filament. Single tapered Nylon filament is used for processing paint brush. And Double tapered Nylon filament is used for processing toothbrush and cosmetic brush ,etc.

Nylon NON-Tapered Filament(Generally PBT Filament)

Generally Nylon filament is used for processing toothbrush, paint brush and cosmetic brush, etc.
PBT resin are melt-extruded into filaments, cooled in water, stretched, and annealed in hot-air chambers. These filaments have good dimensional stability, good bend recovery, and brilliant colors.
