Application:

it can be widely used in production of alkyd resin, unsarurated polyester resin, acrylic resin, epoxy resin, adhesives, etc.

configuration:

composed by the condenser( vertical and horizontal),reactor,oil-water separator,dilute kettle ,buffer tank five parts.

material:

double jacket,inner 304/316 stainless steel,outer Q235 carbon steel.

heating method:

by electric or use boiler (material is nature gas,oil,coal),small batch usually advise electric,for large capacity heat by bolier is cheaper.

output :

smallest is used for labratory before mass production about 100kg per batch,from 1 ton to 50 ton can as detail requirment provide suitable production line.
