Resin plant relevant information:
Widely used for thousands of different kind of resin,like alkyd resin,unsaturated polyster resin,phenol resin,epoxy resin ,adhesive etc.
Configuration:composed by the condenser( vertical and horizontal),reactor,oil-water separator,dilute kettle ,buffer tank five parts.
Material:304/316 stainless steel and Q235 carbon steel.
Heating:by electric or steam ( use bolier fuel can be nature gas,oil,coal)
Output :smallest is used for labratory before mass production about 100kg per batch,from 1 ton to 50 ton can meet different requirment

The complete production process:
1. put the material to the 5000L reactor kettle,start heating ,when the temperature reach about 100 degrees,it will produc gases,and the gas will into the separation column.
2. after part be cooled by the separation column, the rest gas into horizontal condenser,then condenser will cooling the gas ,after all the water and gas will into the catchment device.
3. the catchment device,will separate material back to reactor kettle,and exclude the water.(the process may be last about fifteen to twenty hours)
4. during the reaction process,in order to improve the speed, can extracting vacuum,when reach the suitable time, sampling, assay viscosity,if meet the requiment, then cooling.
5. when the temperature reach 130 degrees,put the raw materials to dilute kettle,and add Xylene (this kind of material) to dilute kettle, diluting , cooling ,then make the prodction you need.

1. Installation and commissioning issue: We will send 1-2 technicians to assist with machine installation and commissioning, customer pays for their tickets, hotel and diet.
2. Warranty time:12 months from date of commissioning completion, but no more than 18 months from date of delivery.
3. Supply full English documents: including general installation drawings, pit design drawings, manual book, electric wiring diagram, electric manual book and maintenance book, etc.
4. Exported experience to many countries, such as The USA, Russia, UK, Ukraine, Australia, Malaysia, UAE, Egypt, Mexico, Brasil, etc.
