YD Reaction vessel
Reaction vessel is a container with an agitator for mixing, dispersing and reaction of different materials in chemical production. It is widely used in chemical, food, pharmaceuticals, resin, coating, paint, printing ink industry. It can be either dished end type or flat lid type, with level gauges, temperature detectors and display device.
Features:
1. Usually it has jacket, coiler pipe and agitator
2. The wetted part material can be enamel, C.S., S.S or non-metal material
3. Surface treatment: acid-dipping, polishing, corrosion resistant coating
Function selection:
1. With jacket or coiler pipe for cooling/heating
2. With various accessories, like level gauge, temperature detector and display device
3. The wetted parts are SUS304 or SUS316L
4. Dished ends or flat cover structure, with lifting lugs or supporting legs
5. Custom-made design is available
- Warranty time: one year, from the date which the product is qualified commissioning. Any damage except the wrong operation during warranty period is repaired freely. But the travel and hotel expenses should be count on buyer.
- Commissioning services: the product's installation and commissioning at the demand side, our engineers will not leave there untill get your agreement.
- Training services: our engineers will train your staff to operate it during the period of installation and commissioning, and they will not leave there until your staff can operate it properly and normally.
- Maintenance services: any malfunction happened, once you enquiry us, we will reply you within 48 hours except the special reasons.
- Lifelong services: we provide lifelong services for all the products we sold out, and supply the spare parts with discount price.
- Certificate services: we can provide related certificates to customers freely according to the request of customers.
- Inspection services: you can ask the third part inspection company or your inspector to inspect the products before shipment.
- The file: the Manual Specification, report of the material which used to the equipment and others documents related to the GMP authentication information will be provided by us.

A:24 hours timely response of mail and phone calls. If the parts broken belong to non-artificial factors within 12 months, we offer free replacement. If beyond 12 months, customers should bear the freight back and forth and accessories cost.
Q: How long is the warranty of your equipment?
A: Our warranty period is one year generally.
Q: What is your payment term?
A: Our usual payment term is: 30% TT in advance, 70% TT before shipment. Other ways can also be received after we both sides discussion and agreement.
Q: Does your price include freight?
A: Our usual price is based on FOB Shanghai, if you request CIF, please give us your delivery port, and we will give you CIF price.
