Working Principle:
By changing the traditional technology of high-speed dispersion and sand milling, coordinating the highly-rotating rotor and the precise stator working cavity, and relying on the high relative speed, it can result in powerful hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion and high-speed cutting, and realize the high-frequency mechanical effect so as to fully emulsify, disperse the materials and thus refined them.

8. One working procedure from material feeding to finished products.
9. Imported double-layer mighty dispersing plate is adoped, which has high dispersing efficency.
10. Each paint mixing tank discharges seperately; pipeline is easy to clean; combined production is convenient.

The warranty is one year. Since clients confirm they received the goods, we’ll provided free replacement spare parts for the damaged components (except the damages caused by wrong operation) , which we’ll deliver through FedEX,UPS, by air, by sea.
Maintainance
Lifelong maintenance.YuanDa provides English operation manual to instruct how t o install& maintain. If client have any technical question, we will provide instruction by phone, email, etc. timely.
Installation
YuanDa provides you with the overall installation of complicated machines, or customized equipment, or complete production line. After installation, we will make inspection of the whole machine, operate equipment, and provide you with testing reports of installation.
Training
Our client can install the machine according to manual book provided by YuanDa, or before delivery, customers can come to YuanDa factory and have training how to operate and maintain the equipment, or our engineer is available to instruct in on-site
