Features:
The pot cover takes the form of auto-move-up-and-down. The material in water pot and oil pot is sucked into emulsifying pot in vacuum by transmission pipes. The emulsifying pot is designed to be titted over in case to dump products. The material can be heated by electrical heater with help of heat-conductive medium it can also heated bygasi. The heat temp, can be set and automatically controlled.Material cooling is available. It is easy to operate. There is temperature- keeping sheet betweer inner and out sheath Different stirring modes can be used simultaneously or individually. All the processes of crushing, emulsifying, mixing,stirring and dispersing can be accomplished within a short time. The area touching working material is made of stainless steel(Commonly used 304, medical 316L ),With innter surface polished, the vacuum stirring equipment meets the need of hygiene and are manufactured in accordance with GMP standard. It is best for the production of ointment,cream,etc.lotion making machine
Working process
materials are heated and mixed in water pot and oil pot to be fully reacted. Sucked into emulsifying pot by vacuum pump, the materials are stirred by both the center blade and side scraper, which works on the wall. In the process of blade-stirring, the materials are continuously crushed, pressed, folded. Then,the materials are sent to the cut-off mixing until where they are finally crushed into small pellets of 200μm~2μm. Besides,because of the vacuum in emulsifying pot, the bubbles generated during stirring and mixing process are sucked out from materiallotion making machine.
2.Machine consists of vacuum-resistant vessel with jacket for heating and cooling. Equipped with high speed homogenizer, scraping agitator, vacuum pump, and hydraulic pump for lifting, heating & cooling system.
3.With vacuum pump to take the air bubbles out of mixed product, and extend the time of storage.
4.Scraping unit is with moveable teflon scrapers to scrape off the materials on the tank wall and the anchor to move the materials to the center area to get better blending and mixing. The teflon scrapers are maintained manually and easily without any tool.
5.Our vacuum emulsifying equipment equipped with heating & cooling system which simplifies the processing. Within this same equipment, you can do from heating-melting-emulsifying-air bubble reduction(by vacuum)-cooling without changing vessels, it saves lot of labor and time for your production.
6.All contacted parts of equipments are SUS316L,the product homogenized in vacuum and close vessel can be sanitary and high quality.
7.The measuring of raw materials, the recording of temperature for heating, melting, emulsifying, cooling, and the change of mixing speed, and the vacuum suction can be controlled.

Installation
YuanDa provides you with the overall installation of complicated machines, or customized equipment, or complete production line. After installation, we will make inspection of the whole machine, operate equipment, and provide you with testing reports of installation.
Training
Our client can install the machine according to manual book provided by YuanDa, or before delivery, customers can come to YuanDa factory and have training how to operate and maintain the equipment, or our engineer is available to instruct in on-site
